The Next_QR system has been carefully designed to offer various lighting configurations, using one or two lamps depending on market requirements and vehicle size.
The idea was born two years ago, but the project itself was completed over the past year. This is roughly how long it takes to develop a lamp from scratch – from the first sketch by our designer to modeling, creating a prototype, approving tools, conducting research and tests, and finally serial production.
After many months of hard work, we're excited to share the results. Our journey began with a gap in the market for lamps with a consistent shape for both the front and rear of vehicles—a need voiced by our customers and echoed by the vehicles designers we collaborate with at OE Industry.
Based on our previously implemented Next_Q4 headlamp developed rear lamps with the same form, featuring modern construction and innovative light architecture. Through workshops and market feedback, we ensured we were on the right path.
Prototyping and discussions on lighting functions followed, driven by our international, interdisciplinary team of designers and engineers.
We believe the Next_QR series will exceed expectations and find its place in public transport, light commercial vehicles, and e-mobility.
