Specialty: The driving engine of the company. After all, he has been in the automotive industry for 30 years.

Who: Master organizer and coordinator of the work at OE Industry.

Experience: A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Faculty of Chemical Technology. Obtained the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AQAP certificates for OE Industry.
Specialty: Team management and data analysis. Takes care of the smallest details with unparalleled precision.
Golden rule: ”Only those who have a goal and the desire to achieve it will win.”

Who: Disseminator of the best there is. A representative of the marketing side of OEI.

Experience: A graduate of economics at the Jagiellonian University.
Specialty: Creativity, which he shares with others.
Golden rule: To be able to consciously use what technology offers, you have to understand it.

Who: Sales and relationship building specialist. A man who can calculate everything. EVERYTHING.
With OE Industry since: always.
Experience: A transport systems engineer, graduated from the Cracow University of Technology.
Specialty: Honesty and integrity. Both at work and in life.
Golden rule: Family and friends come first. And after that, the best customer service.

Who: A thorough educated humanist by education - historian, scientific editor. A salesman by passion, I have spent almost my whole adult professional life in international trade, building relationships with people and by that the company's position on international markets.

Experience: A graduate of history and scientific editor at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.  
Specialty: Perseverance in action, I never give up and always finishing business cases, since the beginning through to the succesfull end.

Who: Purchasing and Logistics Specialist.

Experience: Graduate of the University of Economics, majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Specialty: In logistics, I believe there are no problems that cannot be solved – only challenges that need to be properly planned and executed.
Golden rule: Feel the fear and do it anyway – because courage means taking action despite fear.

Who: Global Sales Specialist, passionate about connecting people, products, and markets into one shared success.

Experience: Over 10 years in international sales, gained through working with clients across various industries and markets. Specialized in cross-border projects, where trust, flexibility, and understanding manufacturers’ real needs are key.
Specialty: Building business relationships based on mutual understanding and quick response to partners’ needs. Always looking for win–win solutions.
Golden rule: Relationships are the foundation of business – light can be delivered quickly, but trust is built every single day.

Who: Supports the Board Office Department.

Experience: A graduate of the University of Management and Banking in Cracow with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
Specialty: Precision and accurancy in achieving goals.
Golden rule: Humility and the ability to listen to others help you rise.

Who: A new-generation designer with 15 years of experience in design and project management for the mobility and product sectors (especially in the “harder” industrial segment). He took his first professional steps alongside Janusz Kaniewski – his mentor and an authority in the industry.
With OE Industry since: Nearly 10 years – currently serving as Director of Mobility & Industrial Design at OEI_DesignLab.
Experience: He made his design debut at the age of 15. Ten years later, in 2020, he co-founded D61 Design, which today has been incorporated into OE Industry as OEI_DesignLab – the company’s strategic unit for mobility and industrial design. His professional portfolio includes projects of urban transport vehicles, elements of hypercars, as well as products for technology, industrial, and luxury brands.
Specialty: Creating comprehensive projects that combine emotions, functionality, ergonomics, and the technology of tomorrow – leading design teams from the very first sketch to products ready for series production.
Golden rule: Good design is a precise answer to specific needs.

Who: An industrial designer with experience in the automotive and product design industries, combining artistic sensitivity with an engineering approach to design.
With OE Industry since: 2025 - as a member of the OEI Design Lab team led by Mateusz Przystał.
Experience: Internship and projects at the legendary Pininfarina studio, where he contributed to concepts for the next generation of transportation. Strong background in both product and narrative design.
Specialty: Bringing together functionality, aesthetics, and brand storytelling. Transforming inspirations from the world of art - especially comics – into coherent, emotional, and industrially viable design.
Golden rule: Design is not only about form - it’s the story a brand tells.

Who: Designer of the best lighting systems.
With OE Industry since: 2020.
Experience: A Automotive & Transport Designer graduated from the Coventry University.
Specialty: Design for automotive and mobility.
Golden rule: At work, so as in life he is an enthusiast of non-obvious yet meaningful solutions. He believes that the important things not always shine the brightest light. 

Who: One of the main developers of the best lighting and cooling systems.
With OE Industry since: 2019.
Experience: A mechatronics engineer, graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology.
Specialty: The art of perfection, also known as dealing with video-based quality control and signal analysis. Privately, an enthusiastic soccer fan (and player).
Golden rule: I use determination and inexhaustible energy in my work. Thanks to this, the inspections are always careful and the analyses are always reliable.

Who: 3D CAD and Prototyping Engineer.
With OE Industry since: 2014.
Experience: A graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering; specialization: Motor Vehicles Operation.
Specialty: 3D CAD, modeling, prototyping, 360 photography.
Golden rule: Always be up to date with the latest trends.

Who: Plans and optimizes the assembly processes of lighting systems.
With OE Industry since: 2014.
Specialty: Outstanding manual skills that put many to shame. Also, an originator of ideas who often exceeds the speed of light.
Golden rule: Without proper organization, success is not possible.

Who: Plans, arranges, coordinates ... Or in other words: the chief warehouse manager of OE Industry.
With OE Industry since: 2013.
Experience: A graduate of the Cracow University of Technology.
Specialty: Logistics, preferably with lots of challenges. Privately, a great lover of team sports, especially table tennis.
Golden rule: The more advanced and logistically complex the task, the better.
